Thank you for shopping with Wise Ass Prints. Each product we sell is made to order through our trusted print partner, Printify. Because every item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size selection errors, buyer’s remorse, or general dissatisfaction with style or color.
However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll always make it right.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please send us photo evidence. After review, we’ll process a free replacement or full refund—no need to return the damaged item.
Orders are sent to production shortly after purchase.
You may cancel or modify your order within a few hours after checkout by emailing customersupport@wiseassprints.com.
Once production starts, changes are no longer possible.
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll work with Printify to verify the claim and send a replacement.
If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered by the customer, replacements or refunds may not be possible.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We cannot refund shipping delays or orders that match the approved product description.
